What the Department Does
The Executive Department is the office of the Chief Executive Officer. It decides what Qubibyte builds and in what order, sets the budget each department works within, and speaks for the company to customers, partners, investors, and the public.
Right now that means one priority above the rest: getting the Qubibyte Quadra to its first production run and its release in the first quarter of 2027, while keeping the simulators, the Qubi language, and the teaching material moving in step with the hardware.
Areas of Work
- Direction
- The roadmap for the Quadra, the simulators, Qubi, and the educational material, and the tradeoffs between them.
- Coordination
- Keeping Operations, Financial, Technology, Marketing, and Legal working from the same plan and the same calendar.
- Representation
- Public statements, the founding declaration and blog, partnerships, and investor conversations.
- Hiring
- Recruiting the permanent executives who will take over the five roles the founder currently holds on an acting basis.
- Governance
- Corporate structure, company records, and the decisions that need a signature at the top.
