What the Department Does
The Legal Department handles the contracts, intellectual property, and compliance questions that come with designing a quantum computer and publishing software. Quantum computing hardware can fall under export controls, the Quadra's sample vials contain prepared chemical compounds with their own shipping rules, and the company receives personal information from job applicants and customers, so the department's work is practical rather than abstract.
It works with Technology on protecting the Quadra design and the Qubi language, and with Operations on supplier agreements and shipping.

Open Position
